Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in Cleveland, OH. This hybrid role blends customer service with basic vehicle services and in-store tasks, serving as a pipeline for future growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

The pay range listed is $16.00–$23.90 per hour, with opportunities to learn and advance. Successful candidates will help customers choose the right products and services, complete basic vehicle tasks, and support daily store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution; 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids; 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays; as needed basis.
• Growth and development role; may assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty.
