Applicants should have a valid Auto Adjuster License and at least two years of experience handling auto liability claims. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are key for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling auto liability claims.
• Experience with non-standard auto liability preferred.
• Ability to manage claims independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and liability.
• Conduct recorded statements with policyholders and involved parties.
• Collaborate with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate settlements with customers and other carriers.
• Review damage appraisals and authorize payments.
• Communicate claims procedures clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and detailed claim file documentation.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements (ISO, CMS, etc.).
