Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, operations, or related field required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of analytical experience in one or more of: financial institutions, consumer finance, auto lending, or operations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects, reporting, or operational readiness preferred; credit union environment knowledge preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow through, and support execution across responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to research issues and propose practical solutions.
• Must be results-oriented and able to work independently or in a team; maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support growth enablement initiatives that advance Auto Lending product expansion and operational scalability.
• Develop, maintain, and update processes, tools, trackers, and routines for consistent execution.
• Prepare communications, status updates, and meeting materials to keep stakeholders aligned on priorities.
• Support operational readiness for new product features, campaigns, and partner initiatives with training materials and tracking.
• Assist with documentation, requests, and coordination for compliance, legal, audit, and risk actions.
• Document operational impacts of growth initiatives including procedures, controls, and launch readiness.
