Qualifications

• Associates degree or current pursuit preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, finance, or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency with multiple applications and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay non-complex personal auto claims across states.
• Review electronic files for completeness and gather missing docs.
• Make outbound calls in a polite, empathetic manner and align needs with services.
• Manage appraisal, rental, and vendor processes per guidelines.
• Assist inbound calls and reassign complex claims to senior adjusters.
