Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a hybrid Retail Sales and Service Technician for our Firestone Complete Auto Care stores. You will assess customer needs, recommend products and services, perform entry-level vehicle services, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely work completion.

The role blends front-end service with back-shop tasks, supporting career growth within the Bridgestone network. Excellent communication and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales and issue resolution - 75% emphasis.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) - 25% emphasis.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory and displays as needed.
