Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers, assess needs, recommend products, and perform entry-level vehicle services. The role blends front-counter service with basic mechanical tasks and store operations to support the customer experience.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.90 per hour. This position offers growth opportunities and is part of Bridgestone's commitment to fair and lawful compensation practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid automobile driver's license required.
• Customer service mindset and growth orientation.
• Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn store systems and POS.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role: customer service, sales, issue resolution (75%) and basic vehicle service tasks (25%).
• Handle store operations, opening/closing, inventory and displays as needed.
• Assist management or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development.
