Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers, recommend products, and perform entry-level vehicle services. This hybrid store role emphasizes customer satisfaction and learning all aspects of store operations while developing leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Role focusing on customer service, sales and issue resolution (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks such as oil changes, tire checks and fluids (25%).
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory management and displays as needed.
• May assist the Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development and operations.
