Job summary

Accounting Search's client in north central Phoenix, a large locally owned CPA and business advisory firm, seeks a Senior Audit Manager to lead audits, reviews and compilations across Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate and estates.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule with base salary up to $140,000 DOE and requires CPA and 5+ years public accounting experience; strong GAAP and GAAS knowledge; excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants and review their work.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
