Collaborate with Partners and staff to manage deadlines, coach Associates and Interns, and maintain strong client relationships. We offer hybrid work, a competitive salary of $90,000–$124,000, and a benefits package geared toward professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Must have completed CPA exam credit hours to sit for CPA.
• Minimum of 2 years of audit experience at associate level.
• Applied working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting processes.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing engagements.
• Must be located within commutable distance to Irvine, CA for a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day activities of audit engagements by reviewing, analyzing, and testing financial data.
• Communicate with clients to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactively manage audit deadlines to ensure timely delivery of work products.
• Help develop and supervise Audit Associates and Interns.
• Collaborate with Partners, Managers, and teams about status, findings, timelines, and budgets.
• Stay up to date with auditing standards and industry knowledge.
• Review and analyze audit engagements using auditing tools and software.
