Job summary

KBF Advisory is seeking a Manager to join the Audit & Advisory Services team in a hybrid role across Oregon and California. The role focuses on leading day-to-day audit engagements, developing client relationships, and supervising teams to deliver high-quality financial audits, including employee benefit plan audits such as 401(k) engagements.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA or Enrolled Agent, at least 5 years in public accounting, and strong GAAP knowledge, with excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Public accounting experience with a CPA or EA credential.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day audit activities and support delivery of high-quality audits.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure smooth information flow.
• Proactively manage deadlines and project timelines.
• Lead EBP audit engagements, including 401(k) plans, in compliance with standards.
• Coach and supervise audit teams and review documentation.
• Communicate status, issues, and budgets with partners and teams.
