Job summary

MBE CPAs is seeking an Audit/Assurance Manager to lead client relationships while auditing financial statements for GAAP compliance. This role entails analyzing records, researching issues, mentoring staff, and presenting solutions tailored to each client’s business.

You will work with a team across multiple offices, with onsite, hybrid, or remote options for experienced candidates. A Bachelor's in Accounting and 3+ years of public accounting audit experience are expected; CPA is highly desired

Qualifications

• 3+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification highly desired or ability to attain.
• Willing to work onsite; hybrid/remote considered for experienced talent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client financial records to identify potential accounting issues and research solutions.
• Train, mentor and manage team members in audit processes.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while showing knowledge of clients' businesses.
• Communicate with clients; provide recommendations to assist with financial or tax needs.
