Job summary

MetLife Legal Plans is seeking an Attorney Network Manager in Cleveland, OH. This role leads the Panel Management team to deliver high-quality legal services to our members, reporting to the Assistant VP of Attorney Network & Claims Management.

The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on team leadership and performance management in a hybrid work environment. You will drive panel growth, manage complaints and inquiries, and collaborate with Claims Management to optimize attorney

Qualifications

Led teams and managed performance to achieve goals.
5+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
5+ years of experience in the legal field / legal industry.
Cross-functional collaboration skills.
Success as a leader who can foster empowerment, ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Panel Management team and maximize performance.
Ensure staffing needs are met for all positions including scheduling, PTO, and attendance.
Manage team performance and ensure productivity and quality metrics are met.
Lead and develop a team of 10–12 individuals with a culture of accountability.
Work with Claims Management to provide members and attorneys with a positive end-to-end experience.
Support implementation of new technology to meet business needs.
