ARAG Legal Insurance is seeking a Network Development Associate to identify, engage, and onboard attorneys nationwide, supporting growth and network quality. You will manage the recruitment pipeline, use consultative sales techniques, and leverage data to drive outcomes.

The role requires strong pipeline management, an entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to balance multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, marketing, recruiting or sales preferred.
• Experience with leads content management software required.
• Previous high-volume recruitment experience preferred.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives attorney recruitment through full-cycle sales ownership to achieve department goals.
• Owns the end-to-end recruitment process from outreach through onboarding using consultative techniques.
• Executes high-volume attorney applications through targeted outreach and processes.
• Hun ts attorneys in high-need geographies via outbound calls, emails, and personalized outreach.
• Converts prospects into active network attorneys through onboarding conversations and objections handling.
• Maintains a robust recruitment pipeline and tracks progress to meet goals.
• Uses Salesforce daily to manage pipeline activity and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
