Job summary

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions, LLC is seeking an Atlassian Platform Engineer to configure, integrate, and sustain Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management for our government customer in Washington, DC. The role is hybrid with one onsite day and core ET hours.

You will manage dashboards, automation, and integrations ensuring secure, scalable platform operations. Required 5+ years in enterprise platforms and 3+ years configuring Atlassian tools; a degree in CS/IS/SE or related field

Qualifications

5+ years supporting enterprise software platforms, collaboration tools, ALM tools, or workflow systems.
3+ years hands-on configuring Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, or comparable work management platforms.
Atlassian administration certification or formal Atlassian training is desired.

Responsibilities

Configure Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields, schemes, boards, filters, dashboards and Confluence spaces.
Support Jira Service Management setup, request types, queues, SLAs, knowledge integration, and service workflows.
Implement platform standards, governance, naming conventions, permissions, and access controls; maintain documentation.
