Job summary

Lands' End in Dodgeville, WI is seeking an Associate Sourcing Manager for woven tops and dresses. This hybrid role partners with Design, Merchants, and suppliers to drive development from concept through production.

You will manage calendars, analyze costs, negotiate MOQs, and help expand supplier bases while ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Bachelor's in related field; 2–3 years in sourcing or product development preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in sourcing, product development, or related area.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sourcing and development; knowledge of fabric construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of product development, liaising between Design, Merchants, and suppliers.
• Manage time-and-action calendars and vendor lead times.
• Analyze product costing, cost breakdowns, and minimum order quantities.
• Support sourcing strategy and supplier market expansion.
• Assist with counter-sourcing and development initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve development and production issues.
• Participate in weekly Omni meetings to surface issues and drive resolution.
• Validate liabilities and debit notes with internal partners.
• Support QA by reviewing testing reports and attending fittings.
