Job summary

Qualifications

• As a merchandiser, you will drive categories through product development and financial planning.
• You will collaborate with Design, Sourcing, Marketing, and Planning to align on content and fit.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external vendors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Bring strong program experience including quoting, assortment management, and program administration.
• Drive financial plan metrics for one or more product categories.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with divisional goals.
• Execute assortment plan from concept to customer meeting financial targets.
• Manage in-season performance and adjust to drive seasonal results.
• Analyze financials and market data to inform recommendations.
• Report weekly business and lead cross-functional action in-season.
• Collaborate with international partners for assortment communication.
• Conduct market research to inform product and business plans.
• Present strategies and milestones in milestone reviews.
