Job summary

Lands’ End in Wisconsin is looking for an Associate Designer for a hybrid role with three weeks onsite per month and one week fully remote. You will translate ideas into finished product through collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development, shaping themes, color, fabrications, silhouettes, and mood for the upcoming season.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel or Fashion Design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel or Fashion Design or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong sense of garment construction and pattern details.

Responsibilities

• Interpret ideas into finished products with Merchandising and Product Development.
• Develop themes, color, fabrications, silhouettes, and mood.
• Present development ideas to the team and leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional partners on sample development.
• Mentor an intern or design assistant in some categories.
