Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project support experience in Engineering or related fields.
• Preference for experience supporting electric utility distribution projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of distribution engineering services projects, utility programs, and EPC‑related work.
• Assists Project Managers with scheduling, project controls, client communication and coordination, financial tracking, risk management, and overall project execution.
• Helps coordinate project priorities, deliverables, decisions, and expectations among clients, engineering teams, and key stakeholders while developing project management capabilities.
