Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.).
• Experience leading client-facing projects and coordinating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages Distribution Engineering Services projects, utility programs, and EPC‑related work with scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Serves as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, coordinating priorities, deliverables, and expectations.
• Establishes communication protocols and leads regular client meetings and reporting on scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and actions.
• Facilitates alignment with clients on scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and change management.
• Proactively communicates issues and drives resolution to protect project delivery.
• Supports staffing, planning, execution, and financial performance across a growing utility project portfolio.
• Mentors Associate Project Managers and Project Coordinators as appropriate.
• Operates in a fast‑paced environment supporting engineering services, program management, and EPC delivery.
• Supports development and implementation of scalable PM practices across the Distribution organization.
