Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or equivalent (Master's with 0 years).
• Experience analyzing portfolio, product, commercial, and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Experience maintaining product master data and portfolio hierarchies across enterprise systems.
• Strong ability to organize and deliver clear reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain product master data, portfolio hierarchies, and product information across enterprise systems with data accuracy and change control.
• Evaluate portfolio, product, commercial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Facilitate product launches and commercialization activities by tracking requirements, milestones and launch readiness.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools communicating portfolio performance and lifecycle status to stakeholders.
• Support lifecycle tracking, governance activities, and business reviews through analysis and materials.
• Drive process improvements and track project milestones across cross-functional teams ensuring clear communication.
