Job summary

ATCC is seeking a Product Operations Specialist for a hybrid role based in Gaithersburg, MD or Manassas, VA. The role focuses on data management, portfolio analytics, and cross-functional coordination to support lifecycle decisions and commercialization activities across a diverse life sciences product portfolio.

You will analyze portfolio and operational data, drive process improvements, and track milestones with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or equivalent.
• Experience analyzing portfolio, product, and operational data.
• Experience maintaining product master data across enterprise systems.
• Strong ability to organize and communicate complex data through reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain product master data and portfolio hierarchies across enterprise systems.
• Evaluate portfolio, product, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support product launch and commercialization activities with milestone tracking.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards communicating portfolio performance.
