Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including complex sales and services agreements.
• Provide advice on legal issues, risks, deal structures, and company policies to multiple departments.
• Assist with corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Assist in other transactions including employment issues and export compliance.
