Job summary

SOCOTEC USA is seeking an Associate Financial Systems Analyst to support the day-to-day administration of enterprise financial applications. You will work with Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT to provide functional support, user administration, troubleshooting, and reporting across key systems.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to develop expertise in enterprise financial systems within a fast-growing, private equity-backed firm executing an active acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting enterprise business or financial systems.
• Experience with ERP, HRIS, or expense management platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for DeltekVantagepoint, HighRadius, SAP Concur, ADP Workforce Now, and other finance applications.
• Troubleshoot system errors, assist with user issues, resolve routine requests, and elevate complex problems when appropriate.
• Support Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Operations users with day-to-day application needs.
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and security roles.
• Maintain application permissions in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities related to financial systems.
• Perform data maintenance, imports, exports, and data validation activities.
• Support financial reporting and operational reporting requests.
• Assist with data reconciliation and help maintain data integrity across integrated systems.
• Assist with maintaining configurations, including workflow rules, lookup tables, user settings, and security structures.
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, patches, and new functionality deployments.
• Maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and reduce manual effort through system enhancements.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT teams; work with vendors on tickets and resolution.
• Contribute to financial transformation and acquisition integration initiatives.
