Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Mighty Networks is a plus.
• Ability to multitask with high accuracy.
• Strong communication, listening, writing and verbal skills.
• Commitment to church life and youth/ rural communities.

Responsibilities

• Establish connections with congregations.
• Foster relationships with young adults and expand the network of The 787 Collective.
• Recruit and oversee the emergence of young adult groups in various cities.
• Create and implement learning opportunities and faith formation experiences.
• Coach congregations through the Houses of Hope process.
• Recruit, train, and manage regional representatives to broaden the network.
• Create and manage resources via social media, podcasts, and digital platforms.
• Support the Director in programmatic work.
• Collaborate with STEP Coordinator on information management.
• Coordinate with Seminary communications for promotion.
