• Recruit, train, and manage regional representatives to broaden the network.
• Create and manage resources via social media, podcasts, and digital platforms.
• Support the Director in programmatic work.
• Collaborate with STEP Coordinator on information management.
• Coordinate with Seminary communications for promotion.

Reports to: Director of Congregational Innovation FLSA Status: Exempt****Job Summary**The Associate Director for Congregational Innovation is a full-time hybrid position that works to further the aims of The 787 Collective, an initiative for young adults and congregations, and Houses of Hope, a process for building hope among rural congregations. We are looking for someone whose faith and curiosity compels them to participate in the changing church, and who is relational, comfortable in emerging systems, and able to move toward goals working with others. This position requires creativity, collaboration, and confidence in the process of developing digital and in-person experiences for and with young adults and congregations in rural and small-town contexts.
