Job summary

Lands' End in Dodgeville, WI is seeking an Associate Designer to contribute to the design team. The role blends on-site and remote work in a hybrid arrangement, with three weeks per month on site and one full remote week.

You will translate concepts into finished products through close collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development, shaping themes, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and overall mood for upcoming seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel or Fashion Design or equivalent experience.
• Strong garment construction knowledge.
• Fluent collaboration with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret ideas into finished products through collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development.
• Contribute design decks, sketches, tears and present ideas.
• Develop themes, color, fabrications, silhouettes, and mood for upcoming season.
• Manage product through development cycle with cross functional partners.
• Attend fit sessions and articulate design direction.
