Job summary

Lands' End is seeking a CAD Textile Designer for a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon. – Thurs.) and one fully remote week. The designer will create prints and patterns across product categories under the CAD Manager and Design Directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field; Advanced degree preferred but not required.
• 4–7 years of experience in the Print/Pattern field.
• Expert in Adobe Suite and CAD tools; ability to create original artwork and repeats.

Responsibilities

• Research print trends and collect seasonal inspiration.
• Collaborate on seasonal concept prints and deliver artwork for products.
• Build and manage the Seasonal Concept Room and presentations.
• Develop colorways and palettes for artwork and communicate with cross functional partners.
• Mentor and coach junior CAD designers.
• Attend milestone meetings and present design direction.
