Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in sourcing, product development, or related area.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, apparel/retail merchandising, business, marketing or a related field.
• Experience with denim sourcing and development is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of product development with guidance from the Sourcing Manager, serving as a liaison between Design, Merchants, and suppliers.
• Manage time and action calendars, including negotiating and analyzing vendor lead times to maximize flexibility and speed.
• Analyze and negotiate product costing, cost breakdowns, and MOQ requirements.
• Support sourcing strategy for assigned categories, including identifying opportunities for new suppliers, factories, or markets.
• Assist with counter-sourcing and development initiatives to maintain competitive cost and lead times.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve development and production issues.
• Participate in weekly Omni meetings to surface issues and drive resolution.
• Validate and coordinate liabilities and debit notes with internal partners.
• Support quality assurance by reviewing product testing reports and attending fittings as needed.
