Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years' experience in Commercial, Ag, CRE and/or Consumer credit analysis.
• Unrestricted work authorization and not requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement standardized commercial credit analysis and review processes.
• Develop procedures, controls, and training to enable change and improve efficiency.
• Lead outsourcing/offshoring initiatives for credit processes.
• Provide input on end-to-end credit process design and optimization.
• Support credit systems strategy for reporting, capacity management, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Technology, Operations and other units to ensure policy adherence.
