Job summary

You will lead SOP development, training, and cross-functional collaboration with risk, finance, technology, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in Commercial, Ag, CRE and/or Consumer credit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Redesign credit analysis and review processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop standard procedures, controls, and training to enable change.
• Lead outsourcing/offshoring initiatives for credit processes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Technology, and Operations.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and BSA/AML requirements.
