Job summary

You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, conduct legal research, and prepare memoranda and case strategy documents. Attending hearings, depositions, and client meetings, and negotiating settlements, are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in California.
• 1–3 years of litigation or related legal experience, including drafting motions, discovery, and client correspondence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
