Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' industry related experience at an architecture firm or similar consulting firm.
• Solid understanding of various building materials and methods.
• Technical level of understanding of building types with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze building construction and condition.
• Conduct inspections of commercial properties to evaluate condition.
• Prepare formal reports detailing findings and reserve funding requirements.
