Job summary

Marx Okubo And Assoc. in Denver seeks a Senior Associate Architect to lead projects within our AEC consulting practice.

You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, consultants and site contacts, and take ownership of project scope, technical accuracy, and risk. This Colorado-licensed role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, construction administration or owner's representation, and proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or related field.
• Colorado Registered Architect credential is required.
• Experience in construction administration, owner's representation or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and building enclosure.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanGrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical team member and project lead.
• Collaborate with client, internal team, consultants and site contact.
• Take ownership of project scope, technical accuracy, risk and client requirements.
• Review and analyze building construction and contract documents.
• Perform construction administration and site observations (25–50% travel).
