Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of progressive admissions experience.
• Senior role requires Bachelor's + 3+ years in admissions or related field and one year supervisory experience; Master's preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration & Leadership: build partnerships with divisions and departments to enhance enrollment experiences. (≤140 chars)
• Strategic Divisional Recruitment: develop data-driven recruitment plans for assigned divisions and programs.
• Projects & Programming: organize and execute targeted recruitment events and campus visits.
• Knowledge of University & Brand Representation: communicate Miami's values and program offerings to prospective students and families.
• Student-Centered Support: provide guidance and exceptional service throughout the admission process.
• Data-Driven Evaluation & Innovation: monitor strategies using enrollment data to improve outcomes.
• Territory Management: oversee a small recruitment territory and plan travel.
• Application Review & Decision-Making: conduct holistic reviews per policy and deadlines.
• Communication & Marketing: craft clear messaging with the Office of Communication.
