Job summary

You’ll work across high-priority markets with ATS management (iCIMS), candidate screening, and coordination of interview days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with MS Office and ATS software
• Experience in HR, administrative support, or recruiting
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting team to assist sourcing, candidate follow-up, recruitment marketing, and ATS maintenance
• Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews and coordinating interview days
• Identify and source qualified candidates for openings
• Utilize job boards and social media to attract talent
• Create and update recruitment resources and checklists
• Participate in career fairs and hiring events; travel may be required
• Provide coverage for high-priority markets when recruiters are out of the office
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout hiring
• Assist with additional recruitment projects as assigned
