Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide administrative and technical support to the real estate development team. Hybrid work is available for this project-based role, with pay between $30.00 and $33.17 per hour depending on experience.

The role involves creating correspondence, managing files, coordinating meetings, assisting with project budgets, and preparing financial analyses and funding proposals for housing development and rehabilitation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Planning, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in related work.

Responsibilities

• Create, compose, and prepare correspondence to tenants and community notices.
• Write and edit materials using Word and Excel; manage administrative functions.
• Schedule and confirm meetings, conference calls, and meeting spaces.
• Attend project meetings with consultants, tenants, and other stakeholders; take notes and support logistics.
• Assist with tenant/project files or database; produce reports; maintain confidential materials.
• Prepare check requests, invoicing, contracts, division plans and budgets/proformas.
• Prepare project financial analysis, narratives and funding proposals.
• Support the division/site to ensure smooth functioning and track follow-up.
