Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Some related work or field work experience in affordable housing development (e.g., residential architecture, finance, planning, construction).
• Valid California Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• General Project Management Assistance to Director of Real Estate Development and Project Managers.
• Funding applications to various funders and maintenance of standard documents.
• Draw assistance for funding and due diligence; coordination with design teams and municipalities.
• Site due diligence, financial analysis, and plan/entitlement support.
• Lender relations and preparation of presentations for internal/external audiences.
• Attendance and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
