This position is for a Development Project Manager to work at EAH Corporate in Honolulu, HI. Qualified Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields of study: architecture, real estate development, finance, planning, or construction management. Education in other fields of study would be acceptable combined with appropriate work experience. Candidates must have a minimum 3 years of related work or field work experience in matters related to affordable housing development such as residential architecture, finance, planning, construction, etc. Salary range: $85,500 - $140,600 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $85,500 - $113,050 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
