Job summary

Bay State Community Services Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Director to support the Recovery Education Collaborative (REC) across Massachusetts.

The role focuses on overseeing the Recovery Community Learning Collaborative (RCLC), supervising regional coordinators, and ensuring successful delivery of trainings and technical assistance. You will collaborate with facilitators, manage calendars, assist with the online learning platform (registrations, troubleshooting, certificates), and

Qualifications

• Lived experience in recovery from Substance Use Disorder.
• 2+ years' experience providing peer support.
• 2+ years' experience supervising Recovery Coaches.
• Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Qualified for CARC training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Recovery Community Learning Collaborative (RCLC).
• Supervise the team of RCLC Regional Coordinators.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners across Massachusetts.
• Develop a calendar that meets peer workforce needs.
• Support facilitators and participants with online learning platforms and certificates.
• Respond to program emails and phone inquiries professionally.
• Contribute to quarterly newsletters and manage social media/outreach.
• Provide day-of support and QA during trainings.
