Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years fundraising experience preferred.
• Experience in leadership annual giving, major gifts, or related advancement roles.
• Ability to manage a donor portfolio, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.

Responsibilities

• Foster donor-centered philanthropic partnerships with individuals capable of making leadership-level gifts of $25,000–$100,000.
• Coordinate with Geisel/D‑H development enterprise and Dartmouth College Advancement.
• Support strategic progression of donors toward deeper and sustained philanthropic investment.
