Dartmouth College seeks an Associate Director, Patient and Family Giving to lead donor engagement and fundraising for patients and families who have experienced care at Dartmouth Health/DHMC. The role is hybrid, based in Lebanon, NH, with a required onsite presence 2–3 days weekly and a portfolio managed across clinical partners.

You will oversee identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of a 125–175 donor portfolio, partnering with physicians, nurses, and leadership to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years' experience in fundraising or equivalent
• Experience in academic medical system or university environment preferred
• Experience in pipeline development, moves management, and portfolio management of donors
• Willingness to travel and engage with clinical partners and volunteers

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement donor-centric fundraising strategies to meet activity and revenue targets
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of patients, families, and community members
• Collaborate with clinical departments and Medical and Healthcare Advancement leadership
• Engage donors onsite 2–3 days per week and travel as needed
