Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of relevant higher education/dual credit experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume administrative work with deadlines.
• Strong communication with students, families, counselors, and staff.
• Willingness to travel regularly and occasional evenings.
• Proficiency with standard office tools (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate student and partner records in designated systems.
• Support admissions and enrollment processes; review materials for completeness.
• Assist with enrollment/registration, roster verification, and deadlines.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and route complex issues to the Director.
• Coordinate follow-up with students, parents, counselors, and partners.
• Assist with invoicing and collections; coordinate with Business Office.
• Develop process guides and onboarding materials to improve service.
• Travel to partner schools to build relationships and support enrollment growth.
• Represent McMurry University at high-school visits, counselor meetings, and events.
• Maintain CRM records of prospect and outreach activity.
• Identify recurring partner questions and propose improvements to the Director.
• Coordinate distribution of partner marketing materials and communications.
• Support onboarding of new partner institutions and track milestones.
