Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and teaching experience in dual enrollment.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage articulation processes.
• Experience with articulation agreements and program development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with high school and college educators.
• Mentor high school teachers in delivering college-level coursework.
• Facilitate development and enrollment of dual credit academies.
• Provide feedback to improve curriculum, rigor, and grading standards.
• Review course progress with partners via calls, email, or meetings.
• Travel to campuses and high schools within the Northwood Tech region as needed.
• Attend Career Prep and Dual Credit Day meetings and report outcomes.
