SP6 is seeking an Assistant Controller to run the monthly close and ensure accurate financial reporting across SP6, ASCERA and 112Cyber. You will own revenue recognition, project billing, and financial systems in Microsoft Business Central, while leading the staff accountants and coordinating with the CFO.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong controls mindset, capable of delivering clear leadership reporting and ensuring tax compliance across multiple states.

Formación

• 6+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 for software, services and managed services
• Experience leading multi-entity month-end close and financial packages
• Advanced BC reporting skills; ERP admin or implementation experience
• Knowledge of multi-state sales tax; familiarity with Avalara
• Strong controls mindset and direct leadership to teams
• Clear, direct communication with leadership, sales and delivery teams

Responsabilidades

• Review revenue recognition and project billing; reconcile CRC revenue and schedules
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting, approve entries and prepare P&L review
• Own financial systems and reporting; develop BC reports for leadership
• Approve payments and maintain controls, monitor exceptions and ramp transactions
• Manage sales tax filings, Avalara coordination, and state registrations
• Prepare weekly projections and leadership reporting; monitor cash and weekly cash overstatement
• Lead and develop the accounting team, including offshore staff and payroll processes
