Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to the New York Bar.
• At least four (4) years of full-time private practice or in-house legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including research-related agreements, production/manufacturing agreements, service agreements and procurement contracts, and technology transfer/license agreements.
• Provide regulatory guidance, contract interpretation, and other legal support as requested; interface with management across clinical, research, and administrative departments to minimize risk.
