Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with income collections/asset servicing recommended.
• Solid understanding of cash flows and accounting treatments.
• Knowledge of investment instruments (equity, fixed income, ABS).
• Proficiency in MS Office and teamwork skills.
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconciling and processing positions for Corporate Action events.
• Revise communications, notifications, and postings for Corporate Action/Proxy events.
• Ensure client instructions are executed efficiently within guidelines.
• Oversee reconciliation, income payments, and all income collections/disbursements.
• Research inquiries to meet high quality service standards and respond promptly.
• Analyze issues to identify root causes and support controls/compliance.
• Assist and cover teammates during high workload periods.
