Job summary

The Facilities Group is seeking an Asset and Procurement Specialist for a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, supporting nationwide janitorial operations. You will manage asset tracking, procure equipment and supplies, and coordinate repairs with vendors to ensure service continuity.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in asset management or procurement, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive cost-saving improvements across inventories and workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 2+ years in asset management, inventory control, procurement, or facilities support.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment, chemicals, and consumables is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of assets, including location, status, maintenance history, and lifecycle data.
• Coordinate and dispatch repair requests with minimal disruption to field operations.
• Lead daily procurement activities for chemicals, janitorial supplies, equipment, and other materials.
• Analyze purchasing, inventory, and asset data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Prepare and distribute reports on procurement spending, inventory usage, and asset performance.
