Realty Income, a global owner and manager of commercial real estate, is seeking an Asset Management Intern in Phoenix, AZ. You will work with a team on portfolio analysis, performance metrics, and real estate financial data.

This hybrid role requires currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028. The position emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration, and use of AI tools to support research and decision making.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Interest in commercial real estate and asset management through coursework or projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive problem solving and adaptability in a changing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Teams/SharePoint) and ability to learn new tools.
• Familiar with AI tools and able to explain their use and limitations.

• Contribute to portfolio analysis and performance reporting for real estate assets.
