Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, or related field with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and asset management through coursework or internships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-team collaboration ability.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in changing environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learner of new tools, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects tied to real business priorities and analyze portfolio performance.
• Utilize AI tools for research and analysis while validating outputs and surfacing risks.
• Collaborate across departments to move work forward with stakeholders.
