Job summary

AV is seeking a Property and Asset Analyst III to manage all controlled assets across the lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. The role includes maintaining asset records, assessing processes, and training staff on asset management practices.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of asset management experience, knowledge of FAR/CAS, and strong MS Office skills. This hybrid position may support AV remote locations and requires travel up to 35% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Minimum 5-8 years of related property and asset management experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems, record-keeping techniques, MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains asset accountability records.
• Coordinates disposition of excess material or equipment.
• Conducts internal/external process assessments for regulatory requirements and financial/operational insights.
• Provides guidance on contracts/regulations pertaining to asset life-cycle management.
• Takes part in policy development for asset management compliance.
• Supports internal and external audits.
• Hybrid role and may support remote locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
